Really nice place! They have a nice variety of beers on tap. We ordered the pork tomahawk; it was juicy and well-cooked. The mashed potatoes were simply incredible. The shrimp and crab were pretty good. Very good onion rings, though a bit too big! The bartender was very kind.

The Craft House is like the little restaurant that could, It has potential. Or maybe I need to remember you dont come to Indiana for sea food. We were seated right away and without issue, which was cool. The waitress was nice and timely with everything. Crab stuff mushrooms-mushroom was good...lacked crab tho.. or maybe it didn't have any taste. Spicy cheese curds-freaking awesome! Shrimp and Crab cake-shrimp were good, but the crab cake was tasteless. Bacon chesse burger wasn't bad at all Fries were outstanding! Salad with add chicken - was really good and fresh Buffalo chicken rap- was alright, nothing special If I could go with 3.5 stars, I would, but since I can't, I will round up to 4 due to the service and the spicy curds

Had a nice dinner at the Craft house in Chesterton with Baby boy!! Requested (off the menu 16oz) Prime Rib was nice and tender.. I wouldn't say slow cooked as long as or as Tender a Hestons but it was damn good. Horsey sauce was balanced perfect. Taters were great and the Asparagus was decent. Had the end of the stalks that are tough and grainy still on them and untrimmed. But all in all is say it was a very nice experience. Server was nice. Left a little over 20% tip. The host was nice, welcoming and found some crayons & a coloring book so that was sweet of her. Last but not least my drink for the night was a old Fashioned it was soooo Damn good!

First time here, everything was great! Good service, amazing food and great atmosphere. We had the coconut shrimp for an appetizer (really good) and I had the 14 oz Ribey. Cooked as requested, steak did not need anything else to compliment it (no sauces needed). Definitely coming back!

We needed a place to spend a few hours before a wedding rehearsal and Craft House was right across the street. We sat at the bar and had great service. The food was also good, a little pricey for being a lunch menu but tasted great. Great beer selection as well. Would definitely go back!

First time visit and this is a very nice place. Everything has the look of a "sports bar" and it doesn't disappoint. Britt provided excellent service and was very helpful with our meal selection. They feature quite a few local craft beers which are very tasty. My wife commented on the size of the salad being larger than most restaurants. I had the smash burger and I was surprised when it arrived to the table, (apparently we have different definitions of what a smash burger is), but it was tasty nonetheless. This should be on your list of restaurants.

I was looking for a quick bite while stopping in Chesterton for the night and came across Craft House. I was seated and served fairly quickly. After looking over the menu, I ended up getting the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the Skinny Dippers. Both were pretty good and filled me up fast.

This was an excellent experience. Our server was amazing, atmosphere was great, food delicious, and the beer selection was top notch. Was our servers 2nd day but you could tell he had served before as he was attentive, conversational, and eager to find out anything we asked that he didn't know. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts chips as they were a little different than what most places serve and they were amazing. The Yellow Perch was expertly seasoned, and the burgers were cooked perfectly. Bonus points for having a gluten free bun option. The sidewinder fries are a unique twist on a potato side. We finished off with the Beneighs, and while smaller than a lot of places, you get several served with strawberry, caramel, and chocolate for dipping. Well worth the extra calories. Can't recommend this place enough. Is a must try for sure.
